Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb)and thyroid peroxidase antibody(TpoAb)in the diagnosis of thyroid function-related diseases.Methods A total of 78 patients with thyroid function-related diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study group,including 16 cases of hypothyroidism,23 cases of Hashi-moto's disease,35 cases of hyperthyroidism,and 4 cases of diffuse thyroid goiter with hyperthyroidism.A control group of 90 healthy individuals with normal thyroid function who underwent physical examinations during the same period was selected.The levels of TgAb and TpoAb were compared between the two groups,and the positive detection rates of TgAb and TpoAb in different types of ca-ses in the study group were compared.Results The serum levels of TgAb and TpoAb in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of TgAb and TpoAb in patients with Hashimoto's disease,diffuse thyroid goi-ter with hyperthyroidism,hyperthyroidism,and hypothyroidism in the study group showed a gradual decrease;the positive detection rates of TgAb in patients with Hashimoto's disease,diffuse thyroid goiter with hyperthyroidism,hyperthyroidism,and hypothyroid-ism showed a gradual decrease;and the positive detection rates of TpoAb in patients with diffuse thyroid goiter with hyperthyroidism,Hashimoto's disease,hyperthyroidism,and hypothyroidism showed a gradual decrease(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The different lev-els of TgAb and TpoAb can predict thyroid function-related diseases such as Hashimoto's disease,hyperthyroidism,diffuse thyroid goiter with hyperthyroidism,and hypothyroidism.The level detection of TgAb and TpoAb can provide references for the early diagno-sis of thyroid function-related diseases.关键词
