小花姜花根茎的化学成分研究
Studies on the Constituents from the Rhizomes of Hedychium Sinoaureum

Abstract
The rhizomes of Hedychium sinoaureum were extracted with methanol after air drying and crushing.The extract was dissolved with water and then extracted with ethyl acetate,which was separated by silica gel column chromatography,RP-18,Sephadex LH-20chromatography and HPLC.Various modern spectroscopic techniques were applied for the struc-tural identification of the isolated compounds,and eight compounds were obtained,including three flavonoids,two sesqui-terpenes,one diaryl heptanes,two simple aromatics.Their structures were elucidated as pinocembrin(1),3,5,7,4′-tetrame-thoxyflavone(2),kaempferol-3,4′,7-O-trimethylether(3),3,7,11-trimethyldodeca-1,6,10-triene-3,9-diol(4),3,7,11-tri-methyldodeca-1,6,9-triene-3,11-diol(5),letestuianin B(6),5,6-dehydrokawain(7)and vanillin(8)respectively.Com-pounds 1,2 and 4-7 were isolated from the plant for the first time.关键词
