HPLC法同时测定植物饮料中7种绿原酸
Simultaneous Determination of Seven Chlorogenic Acids in Plant Vegetable Beverages by HPLC

Abstract
An HPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of seven chlorogenic acids in plant bever-ages,by using C18 chromatographic column,elutioned with acetonitrile+0.1%formic acid+0.1%acetic acid.The detec-tion wavelength was 327 nm and the reference wavelength was 400 nm.The detection limit of seven chlorogenic acids was 0.25 mg/L,and the relationship was linear in the concentration range of 0.5~20 μg/mL.The recoveries of neochloro genic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid B,1,5-dicaveoyl quinic acid,isochlorogenic acid A and isochlorogenic acid C were 99%~108%,97.9%~101%,96.9%~102%,96.2%~106%,95.1%~96.7%,94.9%~99.6%,96.3%~108%,respectively.The method was simple,fast,accurate in qualitative and quantitative,and could simultaneously determine seven kinds of chlorogenic acids in plant beverages.关键词
