Multi-objective energy saving optimal scheduling method for mixed line free forging collaborative production
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the increasing demand for multiple varieties and small batches of forging products,as well as the need for green production,an energy-saving scheduling method for collaborative production of mixed line free forging was proposed.The optimization objective was to minimize the maximum completion time and energy consumption.The forging temperature and the maximum transportation quality of transportation vehicles were key constraints for scheduling.A multi-objective energy-saving optimization mathematical model for mixed line collaborative production considering forging temperature was established.Combining the mathematical model and adapting the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ),the optimized production time,energy consumption,and transportation times were obtained.Compared to traditional non collaborative production scheduling methods,energy saving scheduling for mixed line collaborative production can reduce the scheduling time by about 20%,energy consumption by about 40%,and transportation times by 60%,which validates the effectiveness of mixed line collaborative energy-saving production scheduling.关键词
