摘要

Abstract

In view of the increasing power load of users and the further increase of grid peak-valley difference,this paper com-prehensively considers the effect of peak shaving and valley filling and system economy,and proposes a method for optimizing the configuration of lithium battery energy storage system capacity.First of all,with the minimum overall cost of the energy storage sys-tem and the minimum load standard deviation as the optimization goals,an energy storage optimization configuration model is estab-lished.Second,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model,and the load rate is used as an evalu-ation index to evaluate the effect of peak shaving and valley filling,and the optimal configuration capacity of the energy storage sys-tem under the optimal comprehensive cost and load standard deviation is obtained.Finally,combined with the typical daily load da-ta of a certain area to carry out experimental analysis,the results show that the model has a certain economic efficiency under the condition that a good peak-shaving and valley-filling effect is obtained,and it can effectively reduce the phenomenon of abandon-ing wind and light,thereby improving the power grid overall operating efficiency.
