张拉整体超材料准静态压缩力学性能实验研究
Experimental study on mechanical properties of tensegrity metamaterials under quasi-static compression
摘要
Abstract
To study the mechanical properties of tensegrity metamaterial with novel structural forms,an experimental model of tensegrity metamaterials with different structural parameters was designed and fabricated based on the macroscopic scale using additive manufacturing technology,and uniaxial quasi-static compression experiments were carried out.Results show that the deformation distribution of the tensegrity metamaterials is uniform and the stress-strain curves have stable large deformation plateau stage under quasi-static compression.The average stress and energy absorption capability of tensegrity metamaterials improved with the increase of relative density.The average stress increases with the increase of bar feature angle,but the densification strain of the structure can be reduced.The load-bearing capacity and energy-absorbing capacity of the density-gradient tensegrity metamaterials are better than those of the uniform structures under high strain.关键词
