Abstract
The article explores and analyzes the application of non-destructive testing technology in the detection of steel structure bridges in Xia-men Second East Passage,compares different detection methods,determines the size and properties of defects,and innovatively uses ultrasonic phased array technology to detect the variable cross-section of U-ribs in bridges;And solutions have been proposed for the problems existing in ultrasonic testing of thick and thin plate butt welds,non-destructive testing of top plate U-rib welds,non-destructive testing of non T-shaped fusion angle welds of steel box girder top and bottom plate and diagonal web plates,testing of splicing welds on construction sites,visual in-spection of corner wrapping parts of steel structure angle welds,and inspection of temporary welding points,improving the defect detection rate and providing assurance for engineering quality.关键词
