Abstract
Taking water conservancy and hydropower project in Qujiang,Sichuan Province,China as a sample,the calculation method of carbon emission of water conservancy and hydropower project with shipping as the main factor and power generation as the second factor is discussed by using the whole life cycle assessment method.According to the carbon emissions in the construction stage,maintenance and operation stage and decommissioning stage,the total carbon emissions of Qujiang Project are comprehensively evaluated and analyzed,and compared with thermal power generation,the cleanliness and high quality attributes of hydro-power generation are clarified.It is proved by actual data that vigorously developing hydropower can effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions.关键词
