摘要

Abstract

Anaerobic digestion is a widely used municipal sludge treatment process with great capability of sludge stabilization,reduction and reutilization.The"thermal hydrolysis+anaerobic digestion with high-solid content"process can reduce floor area and investment and improve processing efficiency of anerobic digestion system,which makes it performs better in sludge hygienization,stabilization,reduction and reutilization than regular anaerobic digestion process.It has the potential to be widely used in sludge treatment.This paper introduces the"thermal hydrolysis+anaerobic digestion with high-solid content"process practical engineering case,and describes the technical process and the components of each system,points out key parameters for each system,analyzes the key points of design and provides reference for similar projects.
