Difficulties and Solutions for Drainage Compliance of Small-Scale Households

Abstract
Cookshop,car washes and small clinics,among other small-scale households,are characterized by their large numbers and scattered distribution.Due to a lack of emphasis on environmental protection and a lack of relevant professional knowledge,they may engage in illegal pollution discharge behaviors to reduce operating costs,which can negatively impact the urban environment.In order to effectively address the legacy issue of small-scale household caused unlicensed drainage and standardized their drainage,a survey was conducted on 75 different types of small-scale households in the city,including drainage investigation of data,routing,displacement,type of wastewater,method,outlets,and facilities.Based on the survey results,the main drainage problems of small-scale households were classified into five categories.And more detailed research was conducted on small restaurants,car washes,and small clinics(including animal diagnosis and treatment).The main difficulties were summarized afterward and corresponding measures were figured out,to assist small-scale household in achieving compliance with drainage standards.Through this survey,it has certain social benefits for ensuring the urban water environment and optimizing the business environment.关键词
