Value Realization of Highway Transportation Data Elements:Mechanism Path,Key Directions and Development Suggestions

Abstract
To promote the in-depth application of highway transportation data elements and empower highway transportation digital transformation and high-quality development,the mechanism path and key direction of highway transportation data element value realization were explored.Firstly,by imple-menting such methods as data analysis and theoretical condensation,the connotation and characteris-tics of highway transportation data elements were proposed,and the main types of highway transporta-tion data elements were sorted out and summarized.Next,the value realization mechanism of data ele-ments including superposition,multiplication,and substitution effects was introduced.Furthermore,the value realization path consisting of data resources inventory,data elements management,elements value discovery,data development and application was identified.Then focusing on the two major fields,which were highway transportation life cycle application and cross-industry extension applica-tion,the key directions of highway transportation data element application were put forward.Finally,in response to the challenges faced by the application of highway data elements,some development suggestions were put forward,including strengthening the construction and implementation of the stan-dard system,improving the circulation mechanism of data elements,promoting the application of digi-tization technology,and strengthening the cultivation of composite talents,in order to provide referenc-es for the value realization of highway transportation data elements.关键词
