高粱浅绿叶突变体sbpgl1的苗期表型鉴定OACSTPCD
Phenotypic Identification of Pale-green Leaf Mutant sbpgl1 During Seedling Stage
铁元素对于保持叶片颜色以及植物生长发育有着重要作用.本研究利用EMS诱变得到的浅绿叶突变体探究在养分缺乏条件下sbpgl1 与BTx623 之间的发育差异,发现sbpgl1 在地上部分和根部的发育均变缓,同时叶片呈浅绿色.不同浓度铁元素对sbpgl1 的恢复实验表明在高铁条件下可以部分恢复sbpgl1 叶色.透射电镜实验证明sbpgl1 叶绿体发育受到影响.本研究为探究高粱叶色基因调控提供了一定基础.
Iron plays an important role in maintaining leaf color and plant growth and development.In our study,we used a pale-green leaf mutant obtained by EMS to investigate the developmental differences between sbpgl1 and BTx623 under nutrient deficient conditions.The results showed that the development of sbpgl1 was slowed down in both shoot and root parts,and the leaves were observed pale-green.The recovery experiments of different concentrations of iron on sbpgl1 showed that the leaf color of sbpgl1 can be partially restored under high iron conditions.Transmission electron microscopy experiments showed that the chloroplast development of sbpgl1 was affected.Our study provided a foundation for exploring the regulation of sorghum leaf color.
