高粱浅绿叶突变体sbpgl1的苗期表型鉴定
Phenotypic Identification of Pale-green Leaf Mutant sbpgl1 During Seedling Stage

Abstract
Iron plays an important role in maintaining leaf color and plant growth and development.In our study,we used a pale-green leaf mutant obtained by EMS to investigate the developmental differences between sbpgl1 and BTx623 under nutrient deficient conditions.The results showed that the development of sbpgl1 was slowed down in both shoot and root parts,and the leaves were observed pale-green.The recovery experiments of different concentrations of iron on sbpgl1 showed that the leaf color of sbpgl1 can be partially restored under high iron conditions.Transmission electron microscopy experiments showed that the chloroplast development of sbpgl1 was affected.Our study provided a foundation for exploring the regulation of sorghum leaf color.关键词
