Risk Identification and Response of International Engineering EPC Projects
摘要
Abstract
Taking the project risk management process as the starting point,this paper comprehensively analyzes and evaluates the main types of risks such as politics,contract,design and human resource management faced by international engineering EPC projects in the actual imple-mentation,expounds the use of scientific methods to identify risks in the process of risk management,and discusses risk coping strategies such as avoidance,transfer,mitigation and acceptance,so as to provide technical reference for relevant personnel,and also to provide reference for the construction and safe operation of infrastructure projects in specific soil and water terrain risk areas such as limestone areas.关键词
