摘要
Abstract
Based on EPC general contracting mode,this paper studies the cost control method of the whole process of construction engineering,constructs the whole process cost control model of EPC general contracting project,and adopts tracking management verification to realize cost control.The results show that:The cost optimization value obtained by the whole process cost control test group in the five parts of civil engi-neering,decoration engineering,plumbing engineering,electrical engineering and auxiliary engineering can reach more than 200,000 yuan,which proves that with the assistance of EPC general contracting mode,the project cost method in this study is more targeted and has better control effect,and has practical application value.关键词
