欧洲油菜miR172靶基因预测及生物信息学分析
Prediction and Bioinformatics Analysis of MiR172 Target Gene in European Rapeseed
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,bioinformatics methods were used to predict the secondary structure,sequence conservation,phylogenetic tree,target gene prediction and tissue specific expression of miR172(Bna-miR172)gene family members in European rapeseed(Brassica napus L.).The secondary structure of Bna-miR172 gene family is stable stem-ring structure.The mature sequences of Bna-miR172 family members were highly conserved,and the precursor sequences were highly conserved at the locations where the mature sequences were produced.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that Bna-miR172 gene family was closely related to Bju-miR172 gene family.The target genes of Bna-miR172 gene family members are mainly AP2 transcription factors,and it is speculated that the functions of target genes are mainly involved in flower formation,plant development and plant stress response.These results provide a theoretical basis for the function study of Bna-miR172 gene family.关键词
