牡丹江地区部分野生大型真菌分子鉴定及系统发育树建立
Molecular Identification and Phylogenetic Tree Establishment of some Wild large Fungi in Mudanjiang Area
摘要
Abstract
Identify some wild macrofungi in Mudanjiang area and establish a phylogenetic tree to determine the genetic relationship between strain samples.The fruiting bodies of wild macrofungi were collected,the DNA of fruiting bodies was extracted to determine the species,and the phylogenetic tree was constructed by MEGA11.The results showed that there were 36 species of wild macrofungi in Mudanjiang area,belonging to 13 families,21 genera and 36 species.The dominant family was Polyporaceae,accounting for 31%,and the secondary dominant family was Russulaceae,accounting for 14%.The dominant genera were Russula and Amanita,accounting for 19%,followed by Hymenomycetes,Tricholoma,Phaeoporus and Trametes,accounting for 14%.关键词
