不同模式低氧训练对运动员有氧代谢能力的影响
Study on the Effect of Different Models of Hypoxic Training on Aerobic Metabolism Ability of Athletes

Abstract
Using 25 female track and field athletes as research subjects,this study explores the effects of different modes of hypoxic training methods on their aerobic metabolic capacity.Design three different hypoxic training modes:high living high training low training,high living low training,and low living low training.Test and analyze the time for ventilation anaerobic threshold,athlete exhaustion time,time to reach maximum oxygen uptake,maximum oxygen uptake,respiratory quotient,and heart rate.The experimental results show that the respiratory quotient of athletes in the high living,high training,and low training mode is as high as 1.09,the heart rate can reach 192 bpm,and the aerobic metabolism ability is significantly improved.关键词
