Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the occurrence of peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis related risk factors after implant repair.Methods:This study retrospectively collected 218 cases of patients with a total of 218 implants,who un-derwent implant restoration from January 2010 to September 2016.Followed up on the occurrence of peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis,investigated the clinical data of patients,and conducted multivariate analysis.Results:There were 9 ca-ses of failed,with an overall implant survival rate of 95.87%.In the 209 successfully surviving implants,79 cases showed pe-ri-implant mucosal inflammation,accounting for 37.8%,35 cases presented with peri-implantitis,accounting for 16.7%,that including 25 cases of mild bone flow,7 cases of moderate bone flow,and 3 cases of severe bone flow.Multiple Logistic regres-sion analysis showed that smoking,implant location,dental plaque,and implant diameter were all risk factors for the occur-rence of peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis(P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed there were correlation between smoking,implant location,dental plaque,implant diameter,and peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis are common diseases that affect the surrounding tissues of implants,with smoking,implant location,dental plaque,and implant diameter being important risk factors.关键词
