110kV平滑铝套电缆缓冲层特性及其电气性能研究

Abstract
The fault trip caused by buffer layer ablation of wrinkled aluminum sheathed high voltage cable occurs many times,and the new structure of smooth aluminum sleeve is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of buffer ablation of high voltage cable.In this paper,through buffer layer resistance test and finite element simulation,the characteristics of buffer layer of smooth aluminum sleeve and wrinkled aluminum sleeve are analyzed.By testing and calculating the electrical properties of cables with different aluminum sheath structures,this paper compares and analyzes the performance influence of corrugated aluminum sleeves with smooth aluminum sleeves.The results show that under different laying conditions,the carrying capacity of smooth aluminum sheathed cable is at least 7.7%higher than that of wrinkled aluminum sheathed cable,at the same time,the reactive power loss of the line is reduced to a certain extent,and the circulating current and induced voltage are not much different from that of wrinkled aluminum sheathed cable.关键词
