蓄能发光涂层应急照明试验测试及其在桥涵通道工程中的应用前景分析OA

试验测试蓄能发光涂料涂层的亮度余辉,分析其涂层厚度与亮度关系,结果显示,多功能蓄能发光涂料涂层在厚度为0.35 mm时,余辉时间为 13.5 h,蓄能发光涂层亮度随厚度先增加后达到饱和状态,负离子释放量超过 1 500个/cm3,在桥涵隧道工程中具有较好的应用前景.

The brightness afterglow of the energy storage luminous coating was tested,and the relationship between the coating thickness and brightness was analyzed.The results show that when the thickness of the multi-functional energy storage luminous coating is 0.35 mm,the afterglow time is 13.5 h,the brightness of the energy storage luminous coating increases at first and then reaches saturation with the thickness,and the amount of negative ions released is more than 1500/cm3,which has a good application prospect in bridge and culvert tunnel engineering.
