国土空间规划实施评估体系构建研究

Abstract
In order to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for the implementation of land and spatial planning and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the evaluation of planning implementation,this paper first expounds the basic principles of evaluation,and then comprehensively uses the methods of quantitative comparison of indicators,GIS land use structure change analysis and landscape pattern index analysis to construct an evaluation index system including the effect and process of planning implementation,combined with specific cases.An empirical study of territorial space planning is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation system.The results show that the evaluation system can fully reflect the consistency and efficiency of planning implementation and its impact on ecosystem functions,and provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the optimization of territorial space planning.关键词
