Abstract
Taking 31 programmable ball valves in the locking hopper unit of a certain company's No.1 gasoline desulfurization unit as an example,a reliability centered maintenance(RCM)analysis is conducted.Through fault mode and impact analysis,identify the main failure modes of programmable ball valves,analyze the causes of failure,determine the impact and risk level of faults,and provide appropriate fault identification methods.Propose reasonable maintenance time and types to improve the operation status of programmable ball valves(referred to as improved operation status here)and reduce the failure rate.The optimized strategy improves the operational reliability of the programmable ball valve and reduces unplanned shutdowns of the locking hopper system.关键词
