基于区块链技术的高校教师管理信息化研究

Abstract
At present,there are some problems in the information management of university faculty,such as lack of security,low openness,lack of sharing and service,and so on.The construction of university faculty information management system based on block chain technology can improve the security,traceability,sharing and efficiency of teacher information management.Its basic technical framework includes basic data layer,core mechanism layer and user application layer.In order to promote the blockchain technology to better serve the informationization of university faculty management,countermeasures such as top-down system construction and application promotion,standardized and rigorous information collection and source authentication should be taken;at the same time,the social sharing of macro information and the limited opening of micro information should be unified,and teachers'information management should be associated with their file construction and performance evaluation.In addition,we should also deal with the contradiction between the lack of compatibility between the new system and the existing system,the contradiction between the short-term high cost of system construction and the long-term economy of system application,and the contradiction between the traditional central authority of teacher information certification and decentralization.关键词
