一种无位置传感器无刷直流电机制动换相方法OA

无刷直流电机在制动时,由于转子转速发生变化,电机反电动势波形将受到影响,在无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制中,常规的反电动势过零延后 30°的换相方法无法准确获得换相点,从而影响电机运行性能.该文提出一种基于反电动势斜率的无位置传感器无刷直流电机制动过程换相方法,通过对非导通相的反电动势斜率的分析,构建基于反电动势斜率的位置信号函数,并提出相应的控制策略.该换相方法不依赖于反电动势过零点检测,在电机降速较大的工况下也能准确地找到换相点,控制电机良好制动.实验结果验证论文所提方法的正确性和可行性.

When the brushless DC motor is braking,the back EMF waveform of the motor will be affected because of the change of rotor speed.In the non-position sensor brushless DC motor control,the conventional commutation method of back EMF zero-crossing delay angle of 30 °can not accurately obtain the commutation point,thus affecting the performance of the motor.In this paper,a commutation method of non-position sensor brushless DC motor in braking process based on back EMF slope is proposed.through the analysis of non-conducting phase back EMF slope,the position signal function based on back EMF slope is constructed.and the corresponding control strategy is proposed.The commutation method does not rely on the back EMF zero crossing detection,and can accurately find the commutation point under the condition of large deceleration of the motor,and control the motor to brake well.The experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the method proposed in this paper.
