摘要

Abstract

This paper proposes a micro-distance measurement method based on the capacitor principle for addressing the technical requirements of laser cutting height adjustment.This method transforms the capacitance signal formed between the laser cutting nozzle and the workpiece into a high frequency sine wave signal with a certain frequency through the Clapp oscillator circuit.Based on the current feedback operational amplifier and waveform conversion circuit,the signal amplification and waveform conversion with high precision,no distortion and very low time delay are realized.Finally,through experimental analysis,the sensor meets the requirements of stable signal output,good repeatability,high resolution and suitable measuring range,and achieves the ideal ranging effect of laser cutting height adjustment technology.
