基于数字全息的光场动态显微定量探测系统
摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a new method for detecting optical parameters of microscopic samples.It combines digital holography with phase unwrapping techniques,establishes an experimental optical setup,and develops relevant algorithms.Consequently,it extracts both the amplitude and phase information of the object's optical field from digital holographic images.By calculating the refractive index,it provides accurate measurements of the real shape and thickness of micrometer-scale samples.The accuracy of the proposed experimental system is validated using the core of an optical fiber,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the experimental method are demonstrated using onion epidermal cells.关键词
