Abstract
In the dyeing of nylon/cotton blended fabrics,reactive dyes often induce staining on the nylon compo-nent,leading to reduced color fastness and alterations in fabrics coloration.To address this issue,an anti-staining agent is applied to the nylon/cotton blended fabrics.The influences of various parameters,including pre-treatment temperature,pre-treatment duration,acetic acid(HAc)dosage,anti-staining agent dosage,and soaping temperature on the anti-staining ef-fect of nylon were systematically investigated.When the pre-treatment temperature is 80℃,the amount of HAc is 0.6 g/L,the amount of anti staining agent is 2.0 g/L,the insulation time is 20 min,and the soap washing temperature is 80℃,the anti-staining effect of nylon is the best.Under the optimized pret-reatment process,the anti-staining agent for nylon can not only effectively prevent the staining of nylon by reactive dyes,but also has no effect on the depth of dyed fabric,color fastness to sweat,color fastness to soap washing,and color fastness to friction.关键词
