摘要

Abstract

Based on the basic principle of aircraft three-point center of gravity measurement and the teaching and research needs of engineering mechanics course,this paper designs an interactive model device which can be used to verify the center of gravity measurement algorithm.The device adopts a closed box body designed symmetrically in the plane,and an array compartment is built into it for placing counterweight steel balls.The model device can simulate the in-plane center of gravity distribution of various complexities.The three precision electronic scales matched with the device can measure the center of gravity of the closed box with different schemes to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the measurement algorithm.The device is made by 3D printing technology,has the advantages of low cost and high interaction,and plays a good role in teaching and scientific research.
