智能养老技术风险及其伦理治理研究
Research on the risk and ethical governance of smart elderly care technology
摘要
Abstract
The application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of elderly care is an intrinsic demand for the development of elderly care services in the direction of greater intelligence,universality and standardization.It is also an objective requirement for the effective innovation and development of traditional elderly care service models.However,the potential risks of smart elderly care technology severely restrict the sustainable development of smart elderly care technology.There is an urgent need to address issues such as limited personal information security protection,loss of control over artificial intelligence technology safety,unclear ethical responsibility of human-computer interaction,and imbalanced fair benefits for service customers.Prevention,control and mitigation of smart elderly care technology risks involve gathering the joint efforts of relevant responsible subjects,strengthening the data security supervision and privacy protection system,advancing the aging reform of artificial intelligence,promoting the inclusive development of smart elderly care services,and improving the open and transparent accountability mechanism.关键词
