基于PLC及机器视觉的无刷电机负载性能自动测试系统设计

Abstract
This paper mainly introduces a design method of load performance automatic test system based on H5U small PLC control and machine vision to automatically identify the clamping position of motor,which can be applied to the final inspection stage of brushless DC micro-special motor.The test data are processed by the host computer to evaluate the qualified degree of motor load performance.The system designs brushless motor load automatic loading structure,and uses PLC to control precise action,signal and test flow;based on machine vision recognition,accurately aligns the position of motor coupling and automatically aligns clamps;in addition,the system also uses LabVIEW to develop host computer programs for test data acquisition and analysis.It is proved that the automatic test system and method meet the technical requirements of brushless motor testing.关键词
