Abstract
Public construction cost prediction is an important basis for project feasibility analysis and a key reference for comparison and selection of design schemes.therefore,the accuracy and validity of cost prediction results have an important impact on project investment decision-making.In order to solve the disadvantages of large error and poor timeliness of traditional cost prediction methods,this paper puts forward a fast prediction method of public construction cost based on BP neural network,analyzes the influence factors of public building cost prediction,introduces the principle and feasibility of BP neural network forecasting cost,gives the construction method of BP neural network forecasting model,and simulates and analyzes the application effect of BP neural network forecasting cost model.Through model simulation analysis and evaluation,it is proved that BP neural network has good advantages in public construction cost prediction,and the prediction result is more accurate and faster than the traditional cost prediction method.关键词
