Abstract
Taking a general-purpose gantry crane in an oil field enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes the fault mode of gantry crane based on FMEA analysis tool,and then puts forward fault prevention measures,which can effectively improve the efficiency of safety management and fault prevention of gantry crane.In this paper,the concept of risk coefficient is introduced,the number of crane failures in a fixed time is counted,the risk coefficients of each fault are sorted out,and on this basis,the main fault modes are established.The seriousness,possibility and detectability of the consequences of the fault are quantitatively analyzed.Using the fault mode analysis,the crane fault can be quantitatively managed,focusing on monitoring and controlling the fault mode with high risk coefficient,and then targeted process improvement and maintenance guarantee can be carried out to reduce the crane failure frequency to the maximum extent,so as to provide basic guarantee for efficient production of enterprises.关键词
