Post-occupancy Evaluation of Building Space in Modified Full-Time Elderly Care Facilities Based on Mixed Studies:A Case Study of the Renovation and Expansion Project of Daqin Full-Time Elderly Care Facilities in Xi'an

Abstract
The building space of full-time elderly care facilities is closely related to the physiological,psychological and behavioural characteristics of the elderly,and its quality directly affects the health of the elderly.Based on word segmentation statistics,the building space evaluation system of modified full-time elderly care facilities is extracted and constructed by the mixed research method of qualitative and quantitative combination.Taking Xi'an Daqin Reconstruction and Expansion Project as an example,the subjective and objective coupling matrix was formed through quantitative comparison and evaluation methods such as objective evaluation form and subjective satisfaction questionnaire.Semi-structured interview and qualitative text analysis were combined to explain the subjective and objective coupling results,providing in-depth analysis of the causes behind the evaluation results of each indicator,and reflecting on the standard design and evaluation process in the evaluation process.It provides a reference for the evaluation and design of the renovation projects for similar full-time elderly care facilities.关键词
