Abstract
To enhance the safety,efficiency and stability of operations in the Nuer Water Conservancy Project,this study addresses several challenges including insufficient forecasting,early warning,rehearsal,and pre-planning capabilities for geological risks,as well as the need for improved multi-objective optimization in dispatching water supply,power generation,flood control,ecology,and sediment flushing.Aligned with the requirements of digital twin basin and project development,this paper proposes a comprehensive framework and main development content for the digital twin Nuer Water Conservancy Project.This framework revolves around the business needs of project dispatching operation.This study analyzes the key points of constructing the monitoring and perception network,establishing an L3-level database,and developing a dedicated model repository.Additionally,the"four pres"business application development content is outlined,including project safety monitoring and early warning,reservoir comprehensive dispatching,and other functions.Furthermore,the idea of collaborative application between the digital twin Nuer Water Conservancy Project and the digital twin Tarim River Basin is proposed,to provide insights for similar projects and developments within Tarim River Basin.关键词
