数字孪生奴尔水利枢纽工程建设构想OA
Digital twin concept for the Nuer Water Conservancy Project
为提高奴尔水利枢纽工程安全高效稳定运行水平,针对工程运行过程中面临的工程地质灾害风险预报、预警、预演、预案能力不足,以及统筹考虑工程供水、发电、防洪、生态、冲沙等调度需求的多目标优化调度能力不足等问题,对标数字孪生流域和数字孪生工程建设要求,围绕工程调度运行业务需求,提出数字孪生奴尔水利枢纽工程建设总体框架和主要建设内容,分析监测感知网、工程 L3 级数据底板和专用模型库的建设要点,梳理包括工程安全监测预警、水库综合调度等功能的"四预"业务应用建设内容,提出与数字孪生塔里木河流域协同应用的思路,可为数字孪生塔里木河流域和流域内重大水利工程数字孪生建设提供参考和借鉴.
To enhance the safety,efficiency and stability of operations in the Nuer Water Conservancy Project,this study addresses several challenges including insufficient forecasting,early warning,rehearsal,and pre-planning capabilities for geological risks,as well as the need for improved multi-objective optimization in dispatching water supply,power generation,flood control,ecology,and sediment flushing.Aligned with the requirements of digital twin basin and project development,this paper proposes a comprehensive framework and main development content for the digital twin Nuer Water Conservancy Project.This framework revolves around the business needs of project dispatching operation.This study analyzes the key points of constructing the monitoring and perception network,establishing an L3-level database,and developing a dedicated model repository.Additionally,the"four pres"business application development content is outlined,including project safety monitoring and early warning,reservoir comprehensive dispatching,and other functions.Furthermore,the idea of collaborative application between the digital twin Nuer Water Conservancy Project and the digital twin Tarim River Basin is proposed,to provide insights for similar projects and developments within Tarim River Basin.
