复合益生菌对湖羊生长性能、血清生化指标和屠宰性能的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of compound probiotics on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and slaughter performance of Hu sheep
试验旨在研究复合益生菌对育肥湖羊生长性能、血清生化指标和屠宰性能的影响.选择84只体重相近的3月龄公湖羊,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复7只羊.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.1%、0.2%和0.3%的复合益生菌(枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和粪肠球菌等).预试期15d,正式试验期120 d.结果显示,试验Ⅲ组湖羊的平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),料重比极显著低于对照组(P<0.01).除试验Ⅲ组IgA含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)外,试验组湖羊的血清生化指标、血清免疫指标以及抗氧化指标与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05).试验Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组羊肉pH值极显著低于其余组(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组羊肉中脂肪、饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸含量极显著高于其余组(P<0.01),宰前活重显著高于对照组(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加复合益生菌能够改善湖羊的生长性能和肉品质,提高屠宰性能,且添加量为0.3%时饲喂效果较好.
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of compound probiotics on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and slaughter performance of finishing Hu sheep.Eighty-four 3-month-old male Hu sheep with similar weight were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and seven sheep in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the basal diet was supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%,and 0.3%compound probiotics(Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis and Enterococcus faecalis)in experimental group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ,and group Ⅲ,respectively.The pre-test period was 15 days,and the formal test period was 120 days.The results showed that the average daily gain of experimental group Ⅲ was extremely higher than that of control group(P<0.01),and the feed-to-weight ratio was extremely lower than that of experimental control group(P<0.01).The IgA content in group Ⅲ was extremely higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),while the other data in each experimental group showed no significant difference compared to the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum biochemical indexes,and serum antioxidant indexes between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The mutton pH value of experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ was extremely lower than the other groups(P<0.01).The contentrations of fat,saturated fatty acid,and unsaturated fatty acid in mutton of group m were extremely higher than those of other groups(P<0.01),and the live weight before slaughter was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding compound probiotics to the diet can improve the growth performance,meat quality,and slaughter performance of Hu sheep,and the feeding effect is better when the addition amount is 0.3%.
