不同品种全株玉米青贮对泌乳期奶牛生产性能、血清生化指标和瘤胃发酵参数的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of different varieties of whole corn silage on production performance,serum biochemical indexes,and rumen fermentation parameters of dairy cows during lactation
试验旨在研究不同品种全株玉米青贮对奶牛生产性能、血清生化指标、瘤胃发酵参数的影响.试验选取30头体重(650.00±36.11)kg的奶牛,随机分为两组,每组15个重复,每个重复1头奶牛.对照组饲喂和育187青贮,试验组饲喂新品种全株玉米青贮.预试期15 d,正式试验期60 d.结果表明,两个品种全株玉米青贮营养品质差异不显著(P>0.05).两组奶牛干物质采食量、乳成分差异不显著(P>0.05).试验组产奶量、3.5%乳脂矫正乳和饲料效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).试验组血清β-羟丁酸含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05).两组奶牛瘤胃发酵参数差异不显著(P>0.05).研究表明,新品种全株玉米青贮的饲喂效果优于和育187,有助于提高奶牛的生产性能,且对奶牛的健康和瘤胃发酵无不良影响.
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different varieties of whole plant corn silage on the production performance,serum biochemical indexes,and rumen fermentation parameters of dairy cows.In this experiment,30 cows with a body weight of(650.00±36.11)kg were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 15 replicates per group and one cow per replicate.The control group was fed with Heyu 187 silage,and the experimental group was fed a new variety of whole plant corn silage,respectively.The pre-test period was 15 days and the test period was 60 days.The results showed that there was no significant difference in nutritional quality of whole corn silage between the two varieties(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in dry matter intake and milk composition between the two groups(P>0.05).Milk yield,3.5%milk fat correction milk,and feed efficiency of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The serum β-hydroxybutyric acid content in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in rumen fermentation parameters between the two groups(P>0.05).The study indicates that the feeding effect of the new whole corn silage is better than that of Heyu 187,which is helpful to improve the production performance of dairy cows,and has no adverse effects on the health and rumen fermentation of dairy cows.
