Effects of different levels of allicin on growth performance and economic benefits of mutton sheep

试验旨在研究不同水平的大蒜素对肉羊生长性能及养殖经济效益的影响,确定大蒜素在肉羊养殖中的最适添加水平.试验选择体重、体况相近的健康的小尾寒羊40只,随机分成4组,每组10只羊,每只羊为1个重复.对照组肉羊饲喂基础饲粮,试验1组、2组和3组肉羊分别饲喂含有400、800、1 200 mg/kg大蒜素的试验饲粮.预试期7d,正式试验期56d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组肉羊的末重、总增重、平均日增重及平均日采食量均显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组肉羊血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平显著增加(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组肉羊瘤胃氨态氮水平及乙酸/丙酸显著降低(P<0.05),丙酸浓度增加(P<0.05).与对照组相比,所有大蒜素组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平显著升高(P<0.05).大蒜素组肉羊的增重收入分别比对照组提高了 7.26%、14.97%、14.06%,养殖利润分别增加了 7.01%、14.67%、6.49%.研究表明,大蒜素可以提高肉羊的生长性能和机体免疫力,改善瘤胃发酵功能,增加养殖利润,大蒜素添加量为800 mg/kg较适宜.

The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of different levels of allicin on the growth performance and economic benefits of mutton sheep,and to determine the optimum level of allicin in mutton sheep breeding.Forty healthy small-tailed Han sheep with similar body weight and condition were randomly divided into four groups,with 10 sheep in each group,and each sheep was a repeat.Sheep in control group were fed basal diets,while sheep in experimental group 1,group 2 and group 3 were fed experimental diets containing allicin 400,800,1 200 mg/kg,respectively.The pre-feeding period was seven days,and the formal trial period was 56 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight,total weight gain,average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of mutton sheep in experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 increased significantly(P<0.05),while the feed to weight ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-10(IL-10),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 increased significantly(P<0.05),while tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the rumen ammonia nitrogen level and acetic acid/propionic acid concentration in experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 decreased significantly(P<0.05),while propionic acid concentration increased(P<0.05).The levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)in all the allicin groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the weight gain income of the allicin groups increased by 7.26%,14.97%,and 14.06%respectively,and the breeding profit increased by 7.01%,14.67%,and 6.49%,respectively.The study indicates that allicin can improve the growth performance,immunity,rumen fermentation function,and breeding profit of mutton sheep,and the appropriate amount of allicin is 800 mg/kg.
