18味中草药制剂对PRRSV感染猪场母猪繁殖性能和仔猪生长性能的影响
Effects of 18 Chinese herbal preparations on reproductive performance of sows and growth performance of piglets infected with PRRSV in pig farms

Abstract
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of adding compound Chinese herbal medicine to the diet on reproductive performance of pregnant sows infected with PRRSV and growth performance of piglets.Sixty pregnant sows with positive PRRSV nucleic acid and antibody were randomly divided into three groups(control group,experimental group Ⅰ,and experimental group Ⅱ),with four replicates in each group and five pregnant sows in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the sows in the experimental group Ⅰ were fed with 0.2％compound Chinese herbal medicine from the 70th day of pregnancy for 21 days.The sows in experimental group Ⅱwere fed 0.8 g/(head·d)of tawanmectin tartrate on the 90th day of pregnancy for seven days.The experimental period was from the 70th day of pregnancy to the 30th day after delivery.The results showed that compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in feeding performance of the experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ(P＞0.05),the number of healthy piglets increased significantly(P＜0.05),the number of weak piglets decreased significantly(P＜0.05),and the number of stillbirths and mummified litters of the experimental group Ⅰ decreased significantly(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain and survival rate of weaned piglets in experimental group Ⅰ increased significantly(P＜0.05),while the morbidity of suckling piglets in experimental group Ⅰand group Ⅱ decreased significantly(P＜0.05).Serum PRRSV load of pregnant sows in experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅱafter administration was significantly lower than before administration(P＜0.05),and that of the control group was significantly higher than before administration(P＜0.05).Studies show that adding compound Chinese herbal medicine in diet can prevent and treat porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,and improve the reproductive performance of pregnant sows and growth performance of piglets.关键词
