牙周引导组织再生术联合正畸治疗错畸形伴牙周病效果观察
Efficacy of periodontal-guided tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment for malocclusion and periodontal disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of periodontal-guided tissue regeneration(GTR)combined with orth-odontic treatment for patients with malocclusion and periodontal disease.Methods Ninety patients with malocclusion and periodontal disease were selected.According to the envelope method,they were divided into the conventional group and the GTR group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group received periodontal basic treatment and orthodontic treatment,and patients in the GTR group received GTR treatment based on the conventional group.The therapeutic effect,periodontal index,gingival inflammation index,quality of life and safety index were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the GTR group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than that[82.22%(37/45)]in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,gingival index(GI)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)in the two groups decreased,and those in the GTR group were lower than those of the conventional group(both P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-6(IL-6),matrix metallopro-teinase-8(MMP-8)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups decreased,and those were lower in the GTR group than in the conventional group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of oral health-related quality of life in the two groups decreased,and that in the GTR group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the GTR group was 4.44%(2/45),which was lower than that[20.00%(9/45)]of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions GTR combined with orthodontic treatment can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with malocclusion and periodontal disease,improve the periodontal health status,inhibit inflammation response,improve the quality of life,and reduce postoperative adverse reactions.关键词
