摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of grape seed proanthocyanidins(GSP)on the growth performance,slaughter performance,and blood lipid of AA broilers.360 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into three groups with six replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the GSP-L group and GSP-H group were fed with 250 and 500 mg/kg grape seed proanthocyanidins in basal diet,respectively.The trial period was 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of broilers in GSP-H group increased significantly from 1 to 42 days old(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in feed-to-weight ratio(P>0.05).The abdominal fat rate of broilers in GSP-H group and GSP-L group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)of broilers in GSP-H group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The study indicates that grape seed proanthocyanidins can effectively improve the growth performance,slaughter performance,and blood lipid level of broilers,and the suitable dosage of grape seed proanthocyanidins is 500 mg/kg.
