摘要
Abstract
In view of the fuzzy evaluation information of water conservancy and hydropower engineering scheme and the relationship and influence between the index elements,an improved grey clustering optimization method for water conservancy and hydropower engineering scheme was proposed.In this method,the turning point of the whiteness weight function of the cluster is determined by the mean value and standard deviation of the index information,and then the index weight is obtained by the information group grey relational degree model,and the optimal selection of the scheme is evaluated by the gray value of the scheme.Finally,a case of decision evaluation of a water conservancy and hydropower project design scheme proves that the method is effective and practical.关键词
