Abstract
In order to solve the problems existing in the development of Beijing's transportation infrastructure,this paper analyzes the overall pattern and planning requirements of the current trunk road network"4+15+14",and eval-uates the operation of Beijing's expressway system in combination with statistics and mobile big data.After evalua-tion,it puts forward the problems of normalized congestion,overall operating costs,mismatch between planning functions and actual traffic demand,and policy restrictions on the construction or reconstruction and expansion of expressways in urban built-up areas.In the new stage of development,from the perspective of macro planning,this paper compares the development strategies of urban transportation at home and abroad,and puts forward the devel-opment strategies of multi lane free flow electronic toll collection system to realize the innovation of payment system,the double carbon strategy of new reconstruction projects and operation,promoting the application of new environ-mental protection technologies such as new noise reduction pavement,and promoting the construction of compre-hensive three-dimensional transportation network.关键词
