Abstract
The single-side waterproofing and stain repellent finishing of cotton knitted fabric was carried out with fluorine-free finishing agent X-8801,associated polyurethane thickener AX-230 and crosslinking agent AX-101P via screen printing.The influences of thickener dosage,waterproofing agent dosage,baking temperature and crosslinking agent dosage on finishing effect were discussed.The hand feeling and color change properties of finished fabric were tested.The results show that the wet resistance of waterproof and anti fouling surface of the finished fabric can reach 4,and the stain resistance to dark soy sauce and corn oil can reach 5.Meanwhile,the untreated surface can still maintain its hydrophilici-ty,the wetting time is 1 s,and the hand feeling change and color change of the fabric are small.The use of cross-linking agent AX-101P can improve the durability of the finishing effect.After 5 times wash,the wet resistance is 3,and the stain resistance to dark soy sauce and corn oil is 5.The optimal finishing process is as follows:fluorine-free finishing agent X-8801 70 g/L,crosslinking agent AX-101P 10 g/L,thickener AX-230 15%,bake at 150-170℃ for 90 s.关键词
