石蜡/枣碳复合相变材料的制备及性能研究OACHSSCD

Preparation and properties of paraffin/jujube carbon composite phase change materials

本研究以废弃红枣的冻干红枣粉(FDJ)作为相变材料载体,采用真空浸渍法从相变芯材料中吸附石蜡,研究材料的储热能力和热响应效率,并采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶液降低材料的泄漏值.结果表明,聚乙烯醇/冻干枣粉石蜡复合相变材料(PVA/CFDJ)的相变焓达到126.41 J/g,导热系数增加到0.216 3 W/m·K,较纯石蜡导热系数提高了60.5%.在储放热循环测试中,循环100次,PVA/CFDJ材料的焓值仅仅减少了4%左右,泄漏率降低至 3.2%.PVA/CFDJ复合材料在具有较高地相变焓的同时还具有高导热性、低泄漏率等特性,该复合材料不仅提高了地域特色的生物质材料的附加值,更为新型建筑储能材料提供了新思路.

In this study,the freeze-dried powder(FDJ)of waste jujube was used as a carrier for phase change materials.The vacuum impregnation method was used to adsorb paraffin from phase change core materials,and the thermal storage capacity and thermal re-sponse efficiency of the materials were studied.Polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution was used to reduce the leakage value of the materi-als.The results showed that the phase transition enthalpy of polyvinyl alcohol/jujube carbon paraffin carbon composite phase change material(PVA/CFDJ)was 126.41 J/g,and the thermal conductivity was 0.216 3 W/m·k,which is 60.5%higher than that of pure paraffin.In the storage-discharge heat cycle test,the enthalpy value of the PVA/CFDJ material was only reduced by about 4%after 100 cycles,and the leakage rate was reduced to 3.2%.The PVA/CFDJ composite has the characteristics of high phase transition enthalpy,high thermal conductivity and low leakage rate,which not only improve the added value of biomass materials with regional characteris-tics,but also provide new ideas for novel building energy storage materials.
