基于FluidSIM苹果采摘平台果箱换接液压系统的设计与仿真
Design of hydraulic system of the device for taking or unloading fruit box of picking apple platform based on FluidSIM

Abstract
The hydraulic devices for taking or unloading fruit box of picking apple mobile platform was designed and simulated based on the FluidSIM software in view of the existing apple low anvil dense planting mode.The system mainly consists of three electro-hydraulic control modules including the lifting module of front fork arm,the rotating module on hydraulic motor and the lifting module of scissor fork.The experimental results showed that the hydraulic system can switch the fruit box in a smooth way.The simulation method adopted can guide the development of the actual fruit box quick switching device,shorten the design cycle,and provide a basic framework for designing similar hydraulic connecting devices.关键词
