Construction Pattern of China's Rail-Sea Multimodal Transport Information Platform

Abstract
China's rail-sea multimodal transport information platform has partly achieved information exchange and business collaboration among the multimodal transport market entities after years of development.However,various rail-sea multimodal transport business platforms report yet-to-be-integrated information with inconsistent standards,still disqualifying them to provide one-stop services to consignors and enough public information on rail-sea multimodal transport to multimodal transport operators.This paper analyzed the existing information platform of rail-sea multimodal transport and the status quo and problems of multimodal transport operators,and put forward to build a blockchain rail-sea multimodal transport information sharing platform mainly enabled by alliance chain technology.On expounding the basic characteristics of blockchain technology,this paper discussed the platform construction from the aspects of platform construction subject and service object,public information management and platform application layer,and explored the application of information calling mechanism,consensus mechanism and intelligent contract in blockchain technology to rail-sea multimodal transport business according to the characteristics of rail-sea multimodal transport,so as to underpin the upgrading and transformation of China's rail-sea intermodal transport at information platform.关键词
