Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jinlida Granules combined with Insulin Aspart in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 76 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from January 2020 to December 2022 admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(38 cases)and the observation group(38 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Insulin Aspart,and the observation group was treated with Jinlida Granules on the basis of the control group.The maternal and infant outcomes,levels of clinical indicators,and scores of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,macrosomia,cesarean section,and placental abruption in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 2 hours postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of homeostasis model assessment β cell function was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of spiritlessness,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,shortness of breath,frequent nocturia,and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Jinlida Granules combined with Insulin Aspart in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus is significant and worth promoting.关键词
