白细胞介素-6、降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白和白细胞计数在儿童细菌感染性疾病早期诊断中的价值

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and white blood cell count(WBC)in early diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases in children.Methods A total of 54 children with bacterial infectious diseases admitted to Suzhou Wujiang District Children's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 64 children without bacterial infectious diseases were selected as the control group during the same period.The serum levels and positive rates of IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP,and WBC were compared between the two groups.The diagnostic value of combined detection was analyzed by the receiver operating characteristic curve.Results The levels of IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP,and WBC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP,and WBC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The area under the curve of serum IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP,and WBC combined detection was larger than that of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP,and WBC has high value in early diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases in children,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
