摘要

Abstract

The concept of Transit Oriented Development(TOD)refers to the association and effects of railroads,ur-ban rail transit stations and neighboring cities in terms of functional space,traffic mechanism and other elements.The matching and integration of underground pipelines and related elements are also one of the key elements to realize TOD.Taking Beijing Fengtai Railway Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub as an example,the integrated de-sign of municipal road network and supporting pipelines of large-scale complexes are researched from different per-spectives such as refined design,coordination and integration,and handling of difficulties,etc.;The method of preparation of the municipal integrated implementation plan of Beijing Fengtai Railway Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub and the optimized design method of the drainage system are elaborated;The path of guiding the construction of nodes is discussed by regional thinking.Finally,corresponding optimization measures are proposed for all kinds of elements in underground space to improve the municipal conditions of the region.The method pro-vides case study and demonstration for the construction of municipal supporting projects of TOD.
