Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the postoperative nursing of patients with breast cancer.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,80 patients with breast cancer after surgery in the Department of Breast Surgery,Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected and grouped by the random number table method.The control group(40 cases)was given routine postoperative nursing,and the observation group(40 cases)was given clinical nursing pathway.The scores of negative emotion,self-management ability,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-management ability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway applied to patients after breast cancer surgery can alleviate negative emotions,improve self-management ability and quality of life,which is worth promoting.关键词
